1 Eligibility & Acceptance

By accessing the rk999 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

To play and enjoy services on the rk999 platform, you must create an account. During registration, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may use only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual or on behalf of the same household is strictly prohibited. If rk999 detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to permanently close both accounts and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details you provide must be completely accurate. If the information provided is later found to be false or incomplete, rk999 has the right to suspend the account until it is verified.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Allowing a third party to use or selling your account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

3 Age Requirements

rk999 is a gaming platform for adults only. Only individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older may create and use an account on this platform.

rk999 may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify a user's age. If it is found that a user is underage, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds into rk999, you can use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
  • When depositing, only use a payment account registered in your own name
  • Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned
  • Send the exact deposit amount — rk999 is not responsible for incorrect amounts deposited

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

To make a withdrawal, you must first complete account verification. The name on your withdrawal method must match the name on your deposit method.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
  • A withdrawal request may not be cancellable once submitted — make sure before requesting
Withdrawals on rk999 are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special circumstances (such as high traffic or banking issues), it may take slightly longer.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on rk999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign currency conversion service is provided.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rk999 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, a specified amount must be wagered. The current requirement is that you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, the bonus winnings become withdrawable after placing a total of ৳15,000 in wagers. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions — read the details before accepting an offer
  • A bonus offer cannot be used more than once
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended
  • rk999 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time
  • Promotional funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met

5.4 VIP Program

The rk999 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers are upgraded through regular gaming activity. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

rk999 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games on the platform are verified and operated impartially. Game outcomes are fully automated and free from any human intervention.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error or system issue, rk999 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed before the game begins. Placing bets outside the set limits is not possible.

6.4 Game Cancellation

A game round that has already started cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical issue, the system will automatically resolve the situation and the support team will assist if needed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk999 platform:

  • Any attempt at fraud, cheating, or system manipulation
  • Account hacking or attempts at unauthorized access
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
  • Using automated bots or software to play games
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
  • Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent communication
  • Misrepresenting or falsifying personal information
  • Attempting to find technical vulnerabilities in the platform
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 rk999's Rights

rk999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Provision of incorrect or false information
  • Failure to meet age requirements
  • Long-term inactive account

8.2 User Rights

You may contact the support team at any time to request closure of your own account. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed, provided the verification process has been completed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
